My compression sleeve from Physix Gear has worked really well for a grade 2 MCL sprain-- happy to say I did not tear it! It has been particularly helpful as I transition from extended rest, NSAID's and ice to getting back on my feet and resuming normal activities. I plan on wearing it at the start of the ski season to provide extra support. I did a fair amount of research to match the right compression sleeve with my injury and preferred activities and I''m pleased to say I chose the right one!

As I write this review I'm wearing my knee sleeves. I still like the fit and the comfort. They are my day to day must wear sleeves. They help me get around with my daily activities. When I'm in pain, I wear my knee brace. In no time my pain is gone. This is the best knee sleeves and knee braces I have ever worn in my almost twenty years of knee pain. I would highly recommend these products to anyone who has not found relief for their knee pain.
